How does SmartShop work?
Take 3 photos of your kitchen (fridge, pantry, counter), then paste or screenshot your online shopping cart. Our AI instantly detects items you already have at home, helping you avoid buying duplicates and saving $20+ per order.
How many free scans do I get?
Free users get 2 scans total. After that, you can upgrade to Premium for unlimited scans starting at $3.33/month (billed yearly).
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > SmartShop > Cancel. On Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > SmartShop > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your kitchen photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. We use encrypted connections and secure authentication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which stores are supported?
SmartShop works with any online grocery cart. You can paste text or take screenshots from Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and any other retailer.
How accurate is the AI?
Our AI is highly accurate but not perfect. We recommend reviewing the results before making final purchasing decisions. The more clearly you photograph your kitchen items, the better the results.
I was charged but don't have Premium access
Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. If the issue persists, contact us at support@getsmartshop.app with your device details and we'll resolve it promptly.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email us at support@getsmartshop.app and we will delete all data associated with your device within 30 days.
